I am monita Patel from Baroda settled in Goa now in Sydney.I attended Dr.Vishal Gandhi's Chakra healing session on 29th July 2018 as I was interested to see how will it help heal me inside out due to postpartum issues unresolved and many other depressing things including menopause and pcod with weight gain.

Somehow I managed to attend the workshop and I lost some 13 kgs gradually in 1.6 years and found some solace and peace. i am still practicing whenever necessary when I'm under huge stress suddenly remember I had taken to this workshop.It is very very helpful.i have reached a better position in which I was.the lessons have helped me. i wish it could be done more by me.
